  • Is it really secured to pay by credit card on the internet ?

    Yes, definitively. Paying by credit card is a fast and secured on our website. In fact, your bank account number will be only known by our bank only. At no moment you will have to give us your credit card details, only to our bank, a world known bank, le crédit agricole.

  • I don't have a credit card, how can I pay ?

    We propose you another payment mean, the direct bank to bank wire transfer. But you have to know that when using this mean of payment, some delay are needed to get the transfer (from 2, 3 days for the a same country transfer up to 2 weeks for an international bank transfert from an outside european country).

  • Is it possible to use another currency for the payment than euro ( € ) ?

    For the moment, the anwser is no. But we will add this feature to the website soon.

  • I'm a receller, the product is not for me :

    If the product you are going to buy is not for you, you can specify the name that will be used for the registration key generation. It can be done in the page where you choose the payment mean.

  • Why are the price without VAT ? What are the VAT rules ?

    The VAT is not necessary applied on the order, it depends on the location of the customer. Knowing that we are a french business, a customer living in france will pay the french VAT 19.6% (except if he lives in the Dom-Tom which have a special VAT ratio of 8.5%). A customer living in the european union will pay the french VAT except if he entered a validated european VAT number in his account. A customer living outside european union will not pay any VAT.

  • I ordered on the website but I didn't get any email back from you ?

    After having paid on the website, an email is sent immediately with the confirmation of the order and payment. This email also contains the invoice in PDF format as well as all the registrations keys for your order. This email can take some time to reach the destination, from some seconds on the best email boxes up to some hours if there are some bottlenecks on the internet. If should not last more than a few hours. In any case, the order is well stored on our server and is not lost. So if you don't get anything from us a few hours after placing the order, just contact us to clarify the situation. For example, the email stored in your account could be wrong, mistyped.

  • Can I try the software before buying them ?

    Of course you can, you are highly encouraged to do so. All software here have a fully functionnal demo mode. You can easily try them.

  • I bought the software but I don't found the url for downloading the full version ?

    All our software comes only in one version, the version that is available on the official website. After download and installation, either you are running the software in the demo mode with some limitated features or, you just enter the registration code you've bought here and the software will transform itself into the full version.

  • I would like to get a CD-ROM with printed documentation :

    Actually, we are not able to do this as it would involve a major changement in our financial structure. We cannot do it at the moment. Hovewer, to answer this request, we propose you to download directly an ISO file which represents the CD-ROM of the software we are distributing. After download, you just have to burn it on a support to get an up to date version of the software CD-ROM. For the documentation, when it's possible, we provide you the full documentation in PDF format.

  • I didn't manage to enter the registration code :

    It is really important to enter the right information as provided into the email containing the registration keys. The user code and be either the email used to subscribe to this website or the full name. Moreover, both user code and registration key are case sensitive. So please just copy and past them from email to be sure.

  • I lost my registration code :

    No problem, everything is stored on the server. You just have to connect to your user account on the webstore and go into order history. For each order made on the website, you have a direct access to the corresponding registration key.

  • What is your update policy ?

    It depends of the software. Please check official website of the sofware you want to buy.

  • I have some problem with a software, where can I find help, where is the support ?

    You'll find the help and support on the official website of the software you've bought.
